IPR Socket Tool Screen Kit – Fits Ford Powerstroke 6.0L F-250, F-350 Super Duty, Excursion, E-350 – Replaces 3C3Z9H529A, 904-415, 3C3Z-9H529-A, 904415 – Injection Pressure Regulator Valve Seal Kit

REPLACEMENT IPR VALVE SEAL KIT WITH SOCKET TOOL – The injection pressure regulator valve regulates the oil bypass circuit of the high pressure oil pump. It is an electromagnetic valve that opens and closes to allow high pressure oil into the injectors. When the oil system gets contaminated by dirt or debris, the mesh filter of the IPR valve gets torned letting the debris get in and make the plunger mechanism inside to get stucked causing the vehicle to not build up pressure.

The oil system usually gets contaminated when the oil cooler is serviced or replaced and has not been cleaned properly.
